In fact, we are willing to travel nearly anywhere in the state to perform Modified Barium Swallow tests, so patients are not inconvenienced by leaving their home and going to a hospital to have one of these tests done.
We designed our medical mobile services to be as hassle-free and convenient as possible because we are passionate about helping our patients. After a speech therapist contacts us about the need for an MBS study, we travel directly to the patient’s location to do the test. On top of our ability to go anywhere to do MBS tests, our actual testing process is also highly convenient.
Once we perform an MBS test, we then record the test to DVR and allow the patient to make multiple copies. This way, the patient, their family members, the treating speech therapist, and anyone else involved with the patient’s care can view the study at their leisure. We also allow patients to bring family members into our medical van during testing to provide much-needed support.
